Any NiceProTools’ e-mail, including its attachments, (hereinafter jointly referred to as “the Email”), is intended solely for the person to whom it is addressed and contains NiceProTools’ proprietary and/or confidential information. If you are not the intended addressee, or have otherwise received the Email in error, please immediately inform the sender by return email and delete the Email. Any copying, distribution or dissemination of the Email for any purpose whatsoever is strictly prohibited.

The author of the Email has taken every effort to ensure that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date, based upon the information available at the time of writing. NiceProTools, however, does not accept any liability whatsoever for any loss or damage, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of profits, loss of use, interrupt of business or indirect, special incidental or consequential damages, of any kind, in connection with or arising out of the information contained in the Email or due to the timing of its transmission or receipt.

While every precaution has been taken to ensure that the Email, and hyperlinks contained within it, is virus, corruption, and tampering free, NiceProTools does not accept any liability any loss or damage caused by the presence of any such virus, corruption and tampering. In accordance with good computing practice, the addressee should ensure that the Email is actually virus free before opening it.
